Returns

Should you decide the items are no longer what you're after you may return the items to us for a refund. Postage costs are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return your items must be in new and unused condition and returned to us within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. 

To return your item please take the following steps:
1. Email us at hello@littleacornstoys.com.au prior to returning the item, with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return your items within 14 days of the purchase date.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and if the items meet the eligibility criteria you will be refunded via your original payment method.

We recommend you return your items using trackable postage methods so you have proof of postage and delivery as we do not accept responsibility for items that are not received. 

Please make sure you pack your items appropriately to ensure they do not get damaged on their return to us as we do not accept items that have been damaged during transit.

Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.  

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the items are deemed as faulty.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item email us within 24 hours at littleacornstoys@gmail.com.au.  Please outline the issue including clear photos of any damage or defect if relevant so we can evaluate it and work to resolve it.

Failure to report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your purchase will result in you having accepted the items and you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not accept responsibility for any breakages that occur once the item has been played with. 

Faulty items do not include items that have slight variances to the item pictured on our website.  All of our products are handmade from natural wood and by purchasing a handmade wooden item you understand the size, colour and finish may vary slightly from product to product and contain unique markings.
