Shipping policy
Items are sent using Australia Post standard parcel post:
- Within Australia: $10 flat rate postage. Free postage on orders over $200.
- International: Postage cost is calculated at checkout based on size and weight of the items purchased.
We endeavour to send all orders within 2 business days. We will contact you by email or phone if there are any unexpected delays in sending your order.
When your parcel is sent you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. Once sent, delivery times are outside of our control and can vary based on where you live, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas.
If you need your order by a specific date and are unsure if standard post will arrive in time please contact us and we can provide a quote for express post.
Delivery Address / Failure to Collect
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. In the event a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided or failure to collect from the Post Office, you will be charged the Australia Post return fee along with a second delivery fee.
The second delivery will not be eligible for our $10 flat rate shipping charge. Postage will be per Australia Post’s rates and based on the size and weight of your package.
International Orders
Little Acorns is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes which may be payable on receipt. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
